Educated muslim women are not more likely to be critical of Islam. Most educated muslim girls I see in Delhi are more contemptuous of Hinduism and while they range from not so religious to complete black tent, their identities as Muslims are very rigid. Even those who are athiests

The Arab and turk convert thing is overstated. While most Muslims I have spoke do have strong leanings towards that culture they may not necessarily believe in being direct descendants of them.
