It is time the Sikhs teach them (Paki swines) a lesson that the British are shy to do!

There is nothing like the next time, unless one is a Sikh like Manmohan Singh, when there will be many next times!

The Pakistanis think that Britain is a free merry go around for their sex pursuits.

There is a line that should NEVER be crossed, you are promoting raping girls on DFI, that is wrong. Expose the evil rapist scum, but don't become one of them, there are other ways!

The victim was known to the perpetrator.
she had previously been victim of blackmail by the same individual.

As the victim moved to new address to be safe from him, the perpetrators behavior became increasingly extreme, threats to violence against family, stalking and internet blackmail was reported to the police several times and always negligent.

Monday:
the girl was dragged across a park into a wood area where a brutal rape and assult took place.

Those who heard the account in the public gallery were sickened and visibly shaken by the severity, brutal and degrading acts carried out and the racist language used by the perpetrator.

This was a witness account by a woman who caught the rape in the last stages and tried to stop it after hearing the screams

The girl was immediately threatened to not make charges or her mother and sister would be also be raped and other threats made by this local drug dealer.

Tues:
Calls and threats were made to members of the families, and active sikh youth in luton.

Singh's had at all times backed the family and were not at all fazed.

The victim however refused to talk, physically and mentally exhausted, threatened and confused she did not want to make statements.

sewadars used a softly approach with her, knowing what she must be going though and the extent of her injuries, both mentally and physically.

Singh's remained on guard and patrolled families and gurdwara throughout day and night.

Gurudwara:

As the news spread, a meeting was called in Luton Gurdwara to talk about this issue. This meeting was attended by other non-sikh residents of Luton as well who were also concerned after hearing the news. This included community interfaith workers, some business people, media, police and 2 local members of the EDL - ALL of which were NOT officially invited by neither the Gurdwara nor the SAS, they all sat silently throughout the meeting.

This was an INFORMAL get together to share concerns, organised within a few hours of the news breaking.

Protest:
Members of the Sangat themselves stood up and said the police are failing to protect our youth. The Sangat themselves suggested to march to the police station which is about 10 mins walk from the gurdwara to raise their concerns.

NO PROTEST was organised, it was completely spontaneous. the 2 EDL members were not known to the Gurdwara committee nor to 99% of the sangat, who assumed they were sympathizers from a non-sikh background. They did not raise any concerns and were not vocal.

The protest was heated but remained peaceful as the frustration of the sangat came through.

It represented a very large percentage of luton's modest sikh community.

Wednesday PM

anan Majid Basharat appeared in court. The court heard the 2 eye witness statements of rape, very horrific accounts, sadistic and barbaric.

Anan Majid Basharat appeared smug and made hand gestures as the statements were read out.
Court was told he has previous convictions of assault, drug and pending armed robbery charge.

But missing vital victims account, the magistrates unfortunately could not charge majid with rape.

He was released on bail for only the assault part of the rape. He is given a safe location by the court as they feel his life is in danger, after considering the Sikh communities reaction the night before.

Wednesday Evening

Singhs continue working with victim and family. The Victim now makes proper statement.

Anan Majid Basharat is re arrested on allegations of rape.

Why is that a disproportionate amount of criminal acts in the UK are done by Pakistanis ?

Sikhs protest outside Luton Police station over 'assault' allegations

HUNDREDS of members of the Sikh community protested outside Luton Police Station last night following allegations that a young woman had been sexually assaulted.

Scores of Sikh men and women converged on the Buxton Road station at around 9pm after the allegations were made following an incident on Monday.

Protestors, many of them from outside of Luton, blocked one side of Stuart Street with concerns over police handling of the incident.

Several English Defence League supporters joined the Sikhs in protest.

Representatives from the Sikh community were invited into the police station to discuss their concerns, but police, some with police dogs, eventually guarded the entrance to the station and herded protestors away from Buxton Road.

The group were eventually escorted back to the Dallow Road temple and eventually dispersed before midnight.

Police had met with members of the community at the Gurdwara in Dallow Road earlier in the day to address their concerns.

Officers say that they are continuing to work with members of the community to ensure that they are kept up-to-date.

Beds Police Chief Supt Mike Colbourne said: "Obviously we have a duty to facilitate lawful, peaceful protest and if people have concerns it is right they are aired responsibly. Our priority first and foremost, however, is with the victim in this matter and her family."

A man has since been charged with common assault following the incident and will appear at Luton Magistrates Court this morning.

I have absolutely no idea how a paki mind works, but from the pakis I have had the misfortune of interacting with, they act as if they own the streets, especially the areas where they live in large numbers! If they think they own the area, do they think they can do whatever they like there?

One thing universally realized in the Uk is that, don't stay in Pakistani areas. If you don't realize it, you will have to pay for it eventually.

Whether it was the girl's fault or not, a rape and assault atleast in the western countries is always blamed on the guy, not the girl.

The PC police would do nothing substantial, the guy will be let off. The girl will be considered a "dishonour" if our family is conservative (which is quite possible because they live in a Pak area aka low income area).

The girl would then be exploited by some Islamist predators, convinced to convert to Islam. She will never be able to go back to her family, and she will have a wretched existence.

A MAN arrested in connection with an assault on a woman in Luton on Monday afternoon was given conditional bail by magistrates yesterday afternoon.

Anan Mahjid Basharat, 19, appeared at Luton Magistrates Court yesterday afternoon after being charged with assault by battery following the incident which sparked protests by hundreds of members of the Sikh community outside Luton Police Station on Tuesday night.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence and was granted bail on the condition that he stays away from Luton, adheres to a curfew between 7pm and 7am and is not to contact anyone connected with the case.

Security were called to the court room during the hearing after an outburst from a packed public gallery.

Mr Basharat will reappear before magistrates on August 6.

But the establishment is scared of them. That is my personal opinion.
