The common bullshit being pedestaled around is “Islam is perfect but it’s followers are not”

Sadly even many Indians believe this - some education needs to be done on the government level.

The government that you speak of, is one of the most defensive one, falling for false allegations by the united and aggressive Opposition. This Opposition is well funded by foreign countries. There is a reason why India's lop sided democracy is praised so much; it gives these countries a backdoor access to our political system and manipulate it.

During partition, we had a chance.

8% muslim population in India versus 20% hindu population in West Pakistan.

They brought down their hindu population to 1-2% while we let our Muslims grow to 14% (Almost double)

We are still the majority, and we can reverse this trend now but it requires the government to take hard stance.

I doubt our present government has the guts though.

No democratic government will ever take the courage to take a national stance for Dharmic faiths. Remember, neither you and definitely not us, are a votebank. Democracies run on votebanks.

The Subcontinent was full of wisdom religions: Hindu, Buddhism, Jainia even Christianity; but after Islam invaded, Pakistan became Pakistan and fight with India, Bangladesh also created lots of problems.

Luckily China has only 20 million Muslim people, but they still created lots of noise and almost 100% terror attacks, we must try to force them clam and away from extremism.
