Sorry for the off-topic and promise won't do it again.
I just wanted to post three AVs for all of us to understand where we stand and how we may recover or not in future.
The time stamp 12:00 is relevant to us especially the Quote at 12:43.

"If Transfer of Technology fails to take hold and Innovation cannot be self-generated then what may result into is uncontrollable and irreversible addiction to imported technology"
That quote from first video was on the point.
I think this applies to almost all technologically backwards countries aka developing countries. They all are addicted to easily available highly sophisticated technology from first world countries. They all lack will power to create their own innovative technology. They are all addicted to imported tech like drug addicts. When a new technology emerges, developing countries including india starts thinking about importing it at any cost to stay technologically relevant.
This behaviour is contasted in first world or developed countries. When they first hear about new technology, their first response is to replicate it and improve it using their own talent and resources. They see tech imports as a flaw in their own mental abilities. Maybe this mentality of theirs keeps them at the cutting edge of technological advancements.
There are many things that define technological advancement of a country but that quote really made me think about psychological aspacts of nations regarding tech developement.
