Black Eagle was a Technology Demonstrator of T-95Black Eagle was a Technology Demonstrator of T-95 , But T-95 is not Black Eagle.
and T-95 is not Futurstic MBT.
Russia could spend money if they wanted to. Corrupt politicians are too stingy to spend it. They let their whole country fall apart before they release funds into the black hole of Russian enterprise. Why do you think they look for India to pick up the tab?May Russia not issue another empty check again.........Russia's credit card is almost maxed out!
almost India is same with corrupt politicians, they are stringy too,Russia could spend money if they wanted to. Corrupt politicians are too stingy to spend it. They let their whole country fall apart before they release funds into the black hole of Russian enterprise. Why do you think they look for India to pick up the tab?
WIKIto your above Question only our Russian Brothers can Answer,
hi My dear Komrades where are you Mr. Vladmir sir.?
This is not the Futurstic Tank developed by the cooperation India and Russia. Both are different. Futurstic Tank will only enter the service in 2020 and is made by fully Plastic and Composite Materials which will just weigh between 20-30tons. and would have stealth features which would not only blind Radar but also human eye too.so the new MBT which will entre russian ground forces will be entirely new tank (based on the cooperation of india and russia )?
On top of everything production line for T-80 is in Ukraine !Black eagle is not the Future tank as i have already stated in a previous post that project is now closed, The Black eagle was to be the soviet tank of the 90's but with the collapse of the U.S.S.R the project ran into cost overruns that could not be absorbed by the New Russian army hence the project was closed. This tank was developed some systems were tested on a T-80U testbed but ultimately it simply turned out to be to expensive compared to the T-90.
The Indo-Russian FMBT project is designed to develop a tank for the battlefield of 2020 the T-90 is going to be the mainstay for both armies till that time.
Sorry I didn't see your answer...you were not in hurry to answer anyway....@ jako

pressure from the MoD and other political masters shall make DRDO join in the project, they really have no choice in the matter.I wonder, who will be partner in FMBT of russia from indian side, if DRDO says no, since they are in favour of Arjun-II MK.
