ISIS is there in many places, even in western Syria, after most of recent FSA supplied with arms by the CIA defected and joined ISIS, along with the CIA supplied weapons.

Admitting defeat? Not at all. The US will be the biggest loser if they support these evil organizations.

The US created al-Qaida and Osama-bin-Laden. Then we had 9/11.
The US supported Chechen terrorists. Then we had the Boston bombings.
The US is supporting FSA and probably ISIS, and it is easy to predict a pattern from past experience.

If the US can keep its citizens safe by not supporting terrorists, then it will truly win.
