So you think Russian forces in Syria aren't legal and are foreign invaders? Apart from maybe Turkey and a bigger maybe in Israel or Saudi Arabia, pretty sure I'd be largely correct in saying the only foreign armed force in Syria are the Russians and two guys from the CIA

Russian forces in Syria are legal external ones because they are invited by Assad in official way.

It was 3M54-1 Kalibr-NK (up to 2500km range).
This launch was on 1380km.
