The President said that Russia would launch a new, even more powerful blow to terrorists, if they again try to break the peace in Syria.
"If terrorists raise their heads again, we will strike at them with such blows, which they have not yet seen," he said.
"We will never forget about the sacrifices and losses that have been incurred in the fight against terror both here in Syria and in Russia," Putin said.
