Well.. unlike the yanks Ruskies don't have the luxury of calling an airstrike on a lone Taliban sniper.. They will settle for an artillery strike.. :bplease:
USD as global reserve currency has its benifits. But this type artillery warfare is probably not best suited for IA.

Just like tanks are obsolete hot takes became popular in the initial weeks, now it's time for Russian mass artillery is soo awaswm hot air. Just having more boom does not nessesarily mean the Russians have better technology (they don't) or that they have better tactics - hard to make a convincing argument when they are making progress only at excruciating pace even after lobbing so many shells that the landscape looking like this.
Uhh.. any tactic that leads to progess is a good tactic, by definition. War tactics and strategy are all about the bottomline & end justifying the means - if it works, its good. if it does not work, it sucks. Russian tactics are good, because they are gaining ground. Its just that simple.

No way a Dumb shell 155mm is 45 lakh. I read it is somewhere from 1lakh to 1.5lakh. Excalibur will be around 60 lakh per round.
.
Less than 10,000 usd...still expensive
