One thing is clear from this Russia has hard time fighting a nation of 30 million with substandard army. They could have not posed any threat to NATO in anyway. The Russia scare was and is a hoax.

You conveniently ignore the massive rearming of the Ukrainian forces by NATO. NATO literally has poured all of their ground resources into Ukraine and supplied everything from bullets & shells to missiles with the exception of western planes.

The only thing Ukraine is lacking is equipment.
NATO has plenty of Equipment and can crank their factories to dwarf any army in the world.

These exact same comments were made when Russian tanks and armoured vehicles were destroyed in a bunch during the failed Russian attack on Vuhledar.. I guess, it's far far more difficult to do manuvre warfare when you are driving through a minefield, being hit by artillery and anti tank weaponry at the same time. It's much easier for us to criticize sitting here in our homes..

West has burnt all bridges and Now Negotiation with Russia will be as hard as fighting war today in Ukraine.

Negotiations with Ukraine is meaningless, Russia will not negotiate with Ukraine, this is NATO which have to negotiate.

Ya, that's why this Negotiation will take place openly with countries knowing what was agreed upon, unlike west last time said about not expanding NATO eastwards..

Ukraine can joine EU (EU will never take it under Ukrain's current condition) but joining NATO won't be acceptable or for atleast 15-20 years. have a buffer state and done with it.

It's kinda complicated. They've a production line that's neither active nor dismantled. Also more hulls were made than tanks which are in storage. But recently Germany was in process of placing order for 18 Leopard 2A8 and Czech Republic is also looking for more than 50 A8, all of which are supposed to be built on new hull. Even if Leopard is retired from Germany, the next KF-51 uses Leopard hull.....so basically, new tanks can be produced.

In Abram's case things are pretty straightforward. There's a dedicated factory by the name Joint Systems Manufacturing Center or Lima Army Tank Plant (LATP) that currently produces Abrams at a (peace time) rate of 10-15 tanks per month.

but the west supplied many times the actual size of Ukrainian army worth of heavy equipment and small arms - so effectively nato was half in tis war with ukraine. they already committed most of their ammo production capacity,spare ammo and spare old equipment and even sometimes offered nearly new equipment. they also scoured the world for old soviet equipment and pushed it onto ukraine.

if ukraine had only it's resources to use, they would have run out of air-defence vehicles,tanks,ifvs and apcs long ago.

they might have already supplied more than 3-4 times the no of original no of tanks in their arsenal and this gos for their other heavy equipment too. those endless amounts of ifvs and apcs and armoured vehicles are not made and definetly not paid for by the ukrainian gov. there are thousands of damaged and destroyed armoured vehicles and apcs. these all were not belonging to ukrainians at the start as they had canabalized and sold of many of their actual equipment and only had a modest force if you only count their production and retention efforts. They also were provided with repair and other supporting powers such as guidance,intelligence,etc.

So, the more the pro-ukrainian western govs supply to the ukrainians, the greater the victory ,the capture of territory becomes for the russians as that means russia is absorbing all the equipment that would otherwise swell the western militaries when they are also simultaneously trying to rise up to the challenge of china in SCS. these equipments and other capacities should have been kept for their fight with china.

That is incorrect.

They do not make new hulls but overhaul the hulls and reshape them into updated hulls.

Those are mothballed tanks being brought out for upgradation, definitely not same with NATO sending out of maintenance weaponry.

Hold on... When Iraq was attacked US alone mustered a force of 1000 Abrams & 1500 Bradleys. If Russia is on defensive with Ukraine, you seriously can't believe they'd be able to stand against something like that!



Anyways all that is their problem. The real question is how much tech is salvageable from the knocked-out Leopards, Bradleys l, AMX-10s etc. & how much India might gain!
