Russia mostly targeted their power grid - which took extensive damage- and ammo dumps. which has caused severe ammo shortages across the ukronazi frontlines- reported by BOTH the sides in the conflict.

The design philosophy was that tank rounds were too hard to stop, so they didnt bother trying to stop them at all. Instead, they opted for a lighter design, relying only on mobility for protection.
