I can understand HIMARS/drones being hidden, but how can infra be hidden from Ruskis? Why have they not been demolished yet? If Ukr can threaten crucial bridges and infra links, why are the Ruskis performing Bolshoi ballet instead of going full bore? This is a no quarters given fight and something is seriously wrong with the Ruski strategy. The velvet gloves should have come off right at the start itself, but at the very least after Moskva went belly up.

Couple of reasons
  1. Lack of accurate PGM. RuAF and rocket forces are lacking accurate PGM and with sanctions they can't produce new at a quick pace. They also have to maintain a stockpile of PGM for later phase of war once Ukrainian counter-assault gets traction
  2. Lack of proper intelligence (people spying for Russia are getting hunted down)
  3. Greed : They want to use this infrastructure when believe they will launch an attack to capture that particular area
  4. Lack of air dominance over Ukraine
  5. Ukraine AD is good
To conclude Russians have hit Ukrainian infrastructure but the Ukrainian just repaired or built new infrastructure or just used diversion. As Ukrainian are in their home country they can easily do this.

You have your agenda, I'm just watching Russia destroy its own future. We don't have to talk to each other.
Make another thread for LGBTQ nonsense and don't tag me for irrelevant stupidity.
You smooth brains can't isolate a topic and talk but that's not how I function.
Lullz so are you claiming that now the sovereign countries cannot have any future?

I don't remember if you commented on Amnesty international's report. Any opinion? Do you agree with it or not? Do you think they are just make stuff up?
Ukraine: Ukrainian fighting tactics endanger civilians
Ukrainian forces have put civilians in harm’s way by establishing bases and operating weapons systems in populated residential areas, including in schools and hospitals, as they repelled the Russian invasion that began in February, Amnesty International said today.

Such tactics violate international humanitarian law and endanger civilians, as they turn civilian objects into military targets. The ensuing Russian strikes in populated areas have killed civilians and destroyed civilian infrastructure.

“We have documented a pattern of Ukrainian forces putting civilians at risk and violating the laws of war when they operate in populated areas,” said Agnès Callamard, Amnesty International’s Secretary General.

“Being in a defensive position does not exempt the Ukrainian military from respecting international humanitarian law.”

Not every Russian attack documented by Amnesty International followed this pattern, however. In certain other locations in which Amnesty International concluded that Russia had committed war crimes, including in some areas of the city of Kharkiv, the organization did not find evidence of Ukrainian forces located in the civilian areas unlawfully targeted by the Russian military.

Between April and July, Amnesty International researchers spent several weeks investigating Russian strikes in the Kharkiv, Donbas and Mykolaiv regions. The organization inspected strike sites; interviewed survivors, witnesses and relatives of victims of attacks; and carried out remote-sensing and weapons analysis.

Throughout these investigations, researchers found evidence of Ukrainian forces launching strikes from within populated residential areas as well as basing themselves in civilian buildings in 19 towns and villages in the regions. The organization’s Crisis Evidence Lab has analyzed satellite imagery to further corroborate some of these incidents.

Most residential areas where soldiers located themselves were kilometres away from front lines. Viable alternatives were available that would not endanger civilians – such as military bases or densely wooded areas nearby, or other structures further away from residential areas. In the cases it documented, Amnesty International is not aware that the Ukrainian military who located themselves in civilian structures in residential areas asked or assisted civilians to evacuate nearby buildings – a failure to take all feasible precautions to protect civilians.
Every one knows that Ukraine fights from civilian areas..in cities.. There is no point in Ukraine crying foul, when their schools are targeted for housing soldiers..
Urban warfare 101 requires you to make use of every vantage point in an urban area to hurt a superior enemy.. Sound tactics by Ukraine, but I can't stand them when they complain about Russia hitting civilian buildings.. War and war crimes go together.. There is no reason to make a big fuss of cast**tions or beheadings or civilians killed, unless it happens on an industrial scale like what happened to Jews during WW2.

Bhai dikha to tu hi raha hai kab se.
Still waiting for you to show us the pics of Baghdad post "liberation" with all buildings, power stations etc intact.
You know, just like Kiev and Lviv.
Dikha na bhai.
Russia can't do strategic bombing of Kviv, let alone Lviv which is near Poland..because of good Ukranian SAM cover, and it does not have the resources of USAF. But, Russia can certainly make life a lot more miserable for Ukraine by for example hitting all major power plants..

The entire effin Ruski AF is a decoy and completely missing from this special operation. I would imagine losing planes/pilots in a fight is far more honorable than getting slaughtered in shelters/bunks. Those Su 30/27/XYZ could have absolutely brutalized Ukr supply lines in the rear and infra (bridges, depos, rail networks, airports, power/utility stations etc.) if used as intended. But no, master-stroke demands throwing away lives and equipment making Zelenskiy look like a cross between Patton and Montgomery!
Russia is saving their fabled air force for a war against NATO. It's like saving one's virginity for marriage.. :bplease:

Destruction of infrastructure of a large country needs 1000's of tons of munitions being dropped on targets, Russians have shown they can do that with artillery but not with it's airforce. A few sporadic cruise or ballistic missile attacks is just not enough. And anyways it may not nessesarily affect the outcome if one goes by Vietnam (or Serbia?). Plus it would just create more war victim porn for Ukraine, which might just convince the west to give more offensive weapons. At this point given how much pain just GMLRS is causing the Russians I don't think they would want F-16, longer range missiles etc.

The episode of the battle of the Russian reconnaissance group of the Airborne Forces in Ukraine. During the patrol, the military discovered a stronghold of the Ukrainian army. The company commander decided to join the battle. With the support of fire from the BMD-2K-AU airborne combat vehicle and ATGM strikes, it was possible to destroy the stronghold of the Ukrainian army.

Video of Polish 155 mm self-propelled guns Krab in Ukraine. Ukraine purchased 54 of these self-propelled guns and 15 more transferred to Poland from storage. The self-propelled guns were developed in 2000, and there were many problems during its creation. The self-propelled guns can hardly be called Polish; many foreign units are used in the design. Chassis ACS K9 licensed production by Samsung, power plant German diesel engine MT 881 Ka-500, 1,000 hp. With. The howitzer barrel is manufactured by Rheinmetall from Germany. Depending on the type of ammunition, self-propelled guns can hit targets at a distance of 30 to 40 kilometers. The rate of fire of the installation is 6 rounds per minute, the practical rate of fire for long-term combat work is 2 rounds per minute. Howitzer ammunition 40 shells.
