Police captain Farid Chitav and 11 fighters from his Plastun riot police filed a lawsuit in the Krasnodar court for wrongful dismissal. According to Pavel Chikov, head of the human rights group Agora, they were fired after refusing to take part in the hostilities of Ukraine on February 25.
Since February 6, the Russian Guards have been participating in the Zaslon 2022 exercise in Crimea. On February 25, they were ordered to move to Ukrainian territory. OMON fighters considered the order illegal: their duties were limited to the territory of Russia. The fighters were not warned about a business trip to Ukraine, none of the detachment had foreign passports, and no one gave consent to operate abroad.

Soldiers of the National Guard returned to Krasnodar. They were fired from their jobs there. OMON fighters believe they are demanding to be reinstated at work.

It is widely acknowledged that Russia has had the most competent central banking policies for many years. They are experts in maintaining stability and take action timely unlike western transitionary bullshit and wait and see approach.

If you analyze their is nothing great about their policies.
Russia has lot of natural resources and fossil fuel. These are easily exported at good prices and no matter what people buy/need them.
Major Russian imports are electronics, luxury goods and specialized machinery.
Russian population is low and Russia grows most of its food in-house
Russian banking and economy is not exposed or interlinked to outside world as much as people like to believe. Back propagation of problem is very less in Russia.
e.g. Indian banking system and financial institutes have heavily invested in US, PRC, ME, EU and Far East Market. Any effects on any of these market tend to back propagate. Similar Indian exports are essential but not primary like fossil fuels which further effects us during financial distress.
Because of all this factors Russian banking and economy remains insulted to financial crisis.
