That's $232M per plane. I hope that includes lifecycle costs, spares, training, support materials, and munitions for the lifespan of the plane.
IAF is very satisfied about Rafale. The availability rate is very high, thanks to a full option contract.
I think navy will take the same, so as to maximize the use of a relatively small number of birds.
