Another one about same topic . Are pentagon guys trying to pull quick one on congress to get trillions of funding for their future fighter jet projects ? or are they genuinely concerned with these things ?

Saw couple of them.. two possible things:
1. Keep people entertained. I was big fan and believer in UFO/Alien back due to Paranormal/UFO discovery documentaries when growing up. Seem like same thing ramped up to next level.
2. Otherwise very interesting stuff: Why would be galaxy fairing civilization investigating here. They are clearly docile otherwise they could have squashed us like bug .

1. They are silently observing us to find something about their own history when their civilisation was primitive like us.
2. They are silently observing us and waiting for us to be mature enough so that we can be admitted into Galactic federation
3. They are just curious and visit us like humans visit bird sanctuaries to watch birds.
4. They are our creators and just observing us like humans observe artificially created ant colonies.
5. They are ethical & patient conquerors and are waiting for humans to end themselves so that they can take over the planet for themselves.
6. They are humans from our own future and observing their idiot ancestors destroy the planet or trying to set somethings in motion in order to change the course of history.

But yes, some 6th+ gen aircraft can be easily be mistaken for a UFO by the general public

1. UFOs have been observed all over. But most reports come out of "developed world" due to higher aircraft/military activity.

2. It is true to assume as to why highly advanced civilization that is capable of interstellar travel would be interested in outdated earth technology but some people say that these crafts are just alien AI powered ones, they are designed to be attracted to anything that moves beyond a certain speed/high energy output centers/special designed earth objects etc.

3. Take the abduction stories & associated CCP style anal probing with a big bucket of salt, unless you would to think that the beings/aliens that fly these crafts are also "lower engineered beings" who went rouge/acted out on their own.

4. Others say that all these things are entirely hogwash to divert attention from military technologies being developed or some experiment in Psy-ops etc.

Humans are highly territorial in nature. That is not passing judgement but just an observation based on human history. Assuming these sightings are real alien probes mean they have attained an higher state of mind not just tech(if I may say god like), I feel sorry for them as the humans will take it them to task whenever the power equilibrium changes .

Edit: I just want to add I do believe intelligent life will most likely exist in grand scheme of things. we are tiny spec in universe but then again contact with extra terrestrial space faring civilization in all probability can likely mean subjugation/other wordly political control over us since i expect them to be much bigger apex creature.
