In this case info was faken.
Polish MoD give very precision datas, and whole schedule wasn not speed up, becouse all is doing slowly but correctly.

And You completly ignore fact that polish army is during, probaly the biggest in Europe now, program of the set-up army armaments.

From about 2012 had started a number of programs:
1. comprehensive modernization of artillery - the REGINA program (New tracked SPH, new wheeled SPH, new 120mm automatic motar on wheeled and tracked chassis, new MLRS and new long ran MLRS) so at least all artilery weapons will be replaced until 2022 + ammo of course.
2. comprehensive modernization of the armoured corps: taken next Leo-2 from Germany(A5), very very deep modernisation leo-2A4 up to 2A7 level - (both tanks on level better then T-90A in Russia...), new IFV whit new turret and new "close support fire whicle whit 120mm gun", new BMS for whole armoured corps.
3. Now is slowly ending wheeld platform "Rosomak" AMV program, and Spike ATGM program
5. comprehensive modernization of the polish army small arms, uniforms, equipment, etc
6. comprehensive modernization of the polish air defense - radars, rockets, SAMS, etc - all is during progress now
7. In few yers will be starting nex Air program to buy 64 new generation fighters (JSF or Rafale propably...)

More or less we have at least 7 big programs, which was started in circa 2010-2012 so BEFORE whole crisis.
