Most likely it could be first model of HSTDV.
I may be wrong on this thats why posted it. Had to be very important for Dr.Kalam to put it on his desk. Must be very important for the country.

Yes I think this is a model of HSDTV which has been in the planning phase since early 2000s during Kalam's era.
