ICJ will not take the case but I hope they do.

The obvious document demands porks to withdraw. Once the ICJ orders porks to do this, real fun begins. Porks will protest / cry but won't withdraw and will lose all credibility in front of the whole wide world.

Also, India will get one more document from ICJ to support its cause and help India to force the porks out militarily.

Pakistani establishment has shot itself in the foot let them go and take it up with the International Court of Justice at the Hague if India Place its cards right Pakistan will lose t h e i r half of Kashmir as well because as members pointed out the UN resolution of 1948 explicitly asks both Pakistan and India to withdraw the Troops 2 pre 1947 boundaries of the state of Jammu and Kashmir this is where India can push its case and exposed the fact that the Pakistani government is the original aggressor in Kashmir and not India so keep your fingers crossed and wait for the judgement

UN resolution of 1948 explicitly asks both Pakistan and India to withdraw the Troops 2 pre 1947 boundaries
Correction to it.

It asks ONLY PAKISTAN to withdraw it's troops, regulars and irregulars and bring demography pre47 stage and subsequent to that India will REDUCE ( not remove) it's forces. :p

Plus Pakistan going to ICJ means cancelling Simla agreement. LOL!

Cancelling Simla agreement is a good thing for us. Nothing holding us back then.

once the shimla agreement signed , all previous UN resolutions automatically became null & void !!!

Stupid idiot Pakis.

ICJ is an arbitration court. That means both countries must except its jurisdiction for them to take case.

We are clear that we don't want any mediation on bilateral issues. Hence case closed.

Must accept its decision, sure. But pakis started crying when ICJ told them to hold Kulbhushan death sentence and some even said that ICJ cannot tell us whether to hang Kulbhushan or not.

The case was taken based on Vienna convention, Both India and Pakistan are signatories of this treaty and have to take ICJ into consideration.

Kashmir is a different case, it is an internal matter of India.
