Close on the heels of a deal to supply Mi-35 attack helicopters, Pakistan has discussed the purchase of Su-35 combat jets from Russia--a move that is not expected to go down well in New Delhi.

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has discussed buying Su-35 ‘Flanker-E’ fighter aircraft from Russia in “potentially the largest defence deal between the two countries”, leading defence publication Jane’s reported on its website.
An unnamed senior Pakistani government official confirmed the discussions. However, a final decision on the deal is yet to be made, the report said.
The Pakistan official was responding to Russian media reports that deputy foreign minister Sergei Ryabkov had said talks were underway for the sale of an unspecified number of Su-35s.
The official said “it’s too early to say if a deal will conclude and the terms”, but the discussions reflected “Russia’s willingness to sell advanced hardware (to) Pakistan despite Moscow’s longstanding ties with India”, the report said.

Who is going to pay for this unlike China which gives loan , Russians want money upfront and they don't have the money to give loans and due to sanctions on Russia no international lender will finance the deal.

There are better chances of Balochistan getting independence than you getting any Russian jet.

Another reason that China bought SU-35 is because they wanted engine Technology from Russia and they wanted to give royalty to Sukhoi Company for it (According to China) there are many reasons for china Buying the SU-35 from Russia.

Dude there is no way in hell that you will Get a Fighter like SU-35 from Russia. Russia will definitely not sell such a Weopon to India's Enemy that is Pakistan.(India is a very big customer for Russian Weopons like how we bought S-400, AK-203, Talwar Class Frigates etc)and Anger India.

And lastly I want to Ask you a logical Question, do you think that Pakistan can afford a Twin Engine Fighter Aircraft?

You are Wrong here, SU-35 is an Air Superiority Fighter as well as a Multi role Fighter. Even the Official Website of Rosoboronexport states that SU-35 is a Multirole fighter. Here refer to offical website of Rosoboronexport.

Its been over a decade now that Pakistan is in TALKS with Russia on buying Su35! Sometimes they are in talks to buy Su47, Su-30 also.
They might say they are in TALKS to buy F-35 and F-22 even!

last i checked the su-35 doesnt have a AESA radar but a PESA radar . the irbis-e pesa radar
