whole sale prices relatively same at their mandi taking currency conversion into account. potato 10 ₹ per kilo here - 30-35 pkr there.
looks like the supply chain after mandi is driving their prices up. but street retail prices have come down as compared to 2-3 months ago in whichever area these videos are made atleast.

to me it looks like they knew the interest payments number, so they put a target of 50 billion $ number and worked backwards playing with percentages for each line item.

for example, budget assumes revenue from SBP profit will be almost 3X of last fiscal.

Boss you are looking at the budget look at revenues, total revenue after giving the share to states is less than the interest payments. They are borrowing to pay off interest.
