There is probably no such thing as "Project Azm" anymore, Project AZM from my POV will be nothing but a variant of J-31/J-20 with modifications to meet the requirements of PAF.

Pak cannot afford to design, develop, build, induct and maintain complex 5th generation stealth fighters on its own.
