As per sources delivery of Pantsir-S 1 Air Defense System to Pakistan is in final stages. Pakistan & Russia can reach the agreement for the license production of AK-103 Assault Rifle for Pakistan Army.

Firstly this news has high probability of paki mind games.

secondly it is surprising that paki military does not permanently link they supply chains to Turkey, but rather to far away Russia. Turkey does not give line of credit to Pakistan perhaps.

Last time I read they struggled to buy 10 odd locomotives from CCP China and gave up thought of buying the F16 Falcon fighter jets from U.S.A. without concession.
Anyways why buy a Russian rifle when they can get stamped Chinese copies for cheap?
