If this is uniform he is wearing without life jacket, then it is very difficult to find him.

Arabian sea should help this pilot because Pakis are also Arabs.

Last time when IAG Mig 21 shot down a starfighter over Arabian sea the pilot was eaten by Sharks even though India send rescue boat to save that that miserable Paki.

WTH there is no news about this in media, might be fake news or it may be that lives of Pakistan Armed Forces don't matter much to Pakistan Media.

I hope the Pilot is safe.

I remember putting forth the fact that IAF clocks more flight hours as the reason we meet with more accidents.

Pakistanis would insinuate, mock, saying we will loose all our jets without war.

Now since India tightened their screw (half the thread) they have started falling off the sky. I wonder their so called good fight safety record is just because they love keeping their jet parked in hangers.

Over 62% of PAF jets are unfit - and they dare to challenge the IAF

http://www.defencenews.in/article/O...fit---and-they-dare-to-challenge-the-IAF-8378

Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman of Pakistan has expressed his serious concerns over the present scenario of Pakistan fighter jets amidst growing tensions with neighbouring India. He reportedly received inputs from his officers in command Sohail Ahmed and Qamar Suleman that over 62% of aircrafts are unfit to be engaged in war. Pakistan needs urgent fund to catch up with growing Indian Air Force.

As India is about to procure ultra-modern fighter jets such as Rafale, Pak-Fa T50, HAL's LCA etc. under a program of $150 billion to modernise Indian Air Force in upcoming years, Pakistan is looking forward to getting repaired its 30yr old fighter jets to counter India.

Pakistan’s best and most reliable jet is American F16. Pakistan has, at the moment, a fleet of 74 F16s which it procured from the USA in 1982 (34 years ago). Several parts of as many as 50 F16 jets are not functioning at all. As per Dawn report, Pakistan has given a tender to Turkey to repair them at a cost of $75 million.

It is notable that India’s most reliable jet is Su-30 MKI and it has a fleet of 272 SU-30 jets which India bought from Russia in 2004.

Recently, Pakistan reached out to the USA for the procurement of 8 second-hand F16s to use them against terrorists. The deal was almost signed under which Pakistan had to pay only 30% of total $700 million and 70% was to be paid by America itself. However, the Modi government strongly objected to this, as a result, America refused to grant the jets asking to pay all amount.

Needless to say most of Pakistan’s defence budget is still funded by America. As per Fox News report the USA has given $28.7 billion as military and economic aid in last 14 years. Pakistan received $4.6 billion in a single year of 2010 alone from the USA. After India’s objection, most of aid to the notorious country was blocked by the US congress this year.

They're trying their best to keep it secret! After all the JF 'Thunder' is supposed to be invincible and a super flying machine! So how can they publicize it? It's pretty embarrassing!!

The fact that the mission was being flown out of Karachi indicates that the air-frame belonged to the no2. Squadron (Minhas), which operates the brand new Block-2 variant of the JF-17
Wow very potent aircraft
PAF's stupidity and crappy hardware is Indian armed forces biggest advantage

Has IAF used some kind of electronic warfare against PAF fighters due to uri incidence?

Because if as stated this is the third crash in 2 weeks then this could be a possibility, as IAF has stuff from Israel that can do such things.

And if it is so the be sure that PAF will be shit scared by now and all the PAF pilots will fear flying their fighters or best run away from Pakistan.

Maybe fun has just begun.:devil::devil::devil:

Half of F16 and Mirage fighters are second hand, they are just inducted to make numbers.

PAF use old Mig21 copies of Chinese origin. They too are falling from sky. Now junk fighter is also in same list.

Btw information as per some Paki forum is that pilot ejected from parashoot. What happens is not clear. First crashed had engine failure and later parahoot failed to open after ejection.

Looks like they got serious problem with parashoot and fighter.
