They forgot that now OFB is corporatised hence any bakchodi like strikes will mean out of job!!
OFB is losing its ground and that too fast army gave 10lakh multi mode grenade,10lakh land mine, pinnaka rockets,125mm ammo order to private players .OFB doesn't have any monopoly now.all they have now in small arms is ak203 and if that too is ditched OFB is gonna be fucked up

Ak 203 need to be eliminated ,sorry rebranded ak 103 .

Interesting time ,if ofb worker strikes ,they will lose job after corporatization , if not then will lose job due to being fucking idiots and third grade workforce ,dead either way

i have heard that after corporatization, terms and conditions for workers will remain same.

According to the two officials above, the government has ensured that the service conditions of the existing central government employees of OFB are protected, while taking this decision. There would be no change in the service conditions of the OFB employees and the government was committed to safeguarding their interests. All OFB employees – of categories A, B and C -- from different production units would be transferred to the corporate entities on deemed deputation for an initial period of two years without changing their service conditions as government employees

so how will ofb employees loose their jobs??

Funny thing is that both Commie and Raita worker unions have joined hands for Dharna
Shows you how much they love the money's with absolutely zero accountability
