Need a bit of reliable information on super secretive nuclear plant under construction or probably completed in Karnataka.

Are there new centrifuges being built to concentrate Uranium or nuclear bomb assembly plant where components are joined together to make a bomb. Or still where missiles are married to the bomb or final assembly of free fall bomb.

Any guesses what is the largest size of the Indian Nuclear bomb. Modi said during electioneering in April this year that India has ‘mother of all bombs’ - what did he mean?

India does not have stated policy of keeping nuclear weapons mated to delivery platforms on standby.
The stated home of all nuclear weapons is supposed to be the nuclear vault at BARC.
When NCA under the Chairmanship of the PM gives the go signal, bombs are taken out of the vault and mated to their delivery platforms.
However, in light of the recent developments on maturation of K series of SLBMs, some nukes will always be mated to missiles and on permanent standby.

Yes, the NCA is building a C&C in the mountains of Karnataka, work progress is unknown. In all probability, it will not be a production facility, but a hardened storage and probably delivery facility (silo).

India has bombs of 45kt-100kt yield.

Can't be.
According to India, the largest bomb they tested was 45kt with 200kt yield potential. So, the largest bomb in India's inventory can't go beyond 200kt.
It is possible that India scientists have other design with larger yield, but no one will put a new type of bomb into service without testing.

This truly shows how limited your understanding of nuclear science is. It depends on what was actually tested. A multiple stage thermonuclear weapon can be upscaled to megaton yield, and that is what was actually tested in a dialed down mode, even according to the initial reports. India has thermonuclear weapon technology, but the government did put out a lot of statements to calm foreign nerves. Feel free to believe them.
