There is something VERY fishy with the number of mizos in every social media .

YouTube is now filled with church evangelist channels spreading miso version , every website is filled with them .

And many many separatist users , I suspect another Pakistani IT Cell at play just like TN Twitter drama
Mizoram is one of the quietest states. Most likely trolls from Pakistan pretending to be Mizo handles. If you see too many of them, they are either Paki or Xibots.

It has seen peace and progress like nowhere compared to Nagaland and Manipur both of which suffer from infinite hartals and militancy-related issues.

As for religion, yes, they are quite close to the word fanatic when it comes to christianity. However, it is low key compared to Nagaland.

Couldn't somebody argue that it is easy for a river with no development around it to be clean
Not if you see the rivers in Bihar.

The state has zero industries but one dip in its waters could give you Hulk-like issues.

One of the cleanest rivers in the world. It is in India. River Umngot, 100 Kms from Shillong, in Meghalaya state. It seems as if the boat is in air; water is so clean and transparent. Wish all our rivers were as clean. Hats off to the people of Meghalaya.

Isn't such lake and rivers are called oligotrophic? That is very less biological activity?
Is it the definition of clean?
Yes, it is clean but I don't want all rivers to be this devoid of biological activity.
Bio students here can shed some light here.

Its mesotrophic in nature.

If you visit it, you could notice that the water life is pretty much active in the river. But the particular stretch which flows through creeks and crevices filter out most of the planktons and zooplanktons.
On top of that, human activity is pretty much restricted in and around the spot which helps to keep it clean enough. Even for fishing, special permits has to be taken from Dorbar.

Most of the rivers in NE hill states are Mesotrophic in nature.

The Delhi-Patna High Speed Rail Corridor needs to be extended atleast till Guwahati for that to happen
if not high speed rail then atleast normal speed premium trains and expressways
india should learn from China they are extending there high speed railways in Tibbet and Nepal touching Indian borders

Actually it is a hotspot for them.
it wont take much time to ruin it.
Go to all tourist spots in North India:
Wherever you see multiple lines of cars in 1 lane road --> Delhi Cars.
Wherever there is Jam -> Delhi cars,
Wrong side coming cars -->Delhi cards.
Garbage spread over other wise clean tourist area : --> Delhi people!

North East will become vulnerable to China once China establishes robust connectivity between Tibbet and Beijing and they’re doing it
that’s why india needs rail road connectivity between delhi and north east india

Who says we don't have industries?
The Entire Ganga Stretch of Bihar is Littered with Industries, u have ash dumps and the cities entire drainage emptying into the river.
Okay, my choice of words was wrong, let me clarify it:

Bihar does not have any large-scale strategic industries when compared to other larger or similar-sized states. The entire mining and post-mining-and-processing sectors are in Jharkhand. The industry still accounts for less than a tenth of the total state economy. To make it worse, the small and medium scale industries dump their waste in Ganga (as you rightly pointed out).

We cannot have too many industries in the northeastern states because it is ecologically very sensitive (technically so is Bihar and most other green areas of India, but people in other the plains don't really seem to care). For example, It would be a disaster to have a football-making factory in Sikkim or Meghalaya. At the most, we can have telecom service industry, food packaging, and processing, renewable raw material sector (biofuels), renewable resources industry, etc. Otherwise, tourism, hospitality, education, and other services are the only option out.

Unrealistically speaking, we can also have very advanced manufacturing here (like precision tools making, e.g., HILTI in Liechtenstein) but given how our legal system works, crony industrialists would destroy the environment.

Depends on how your society deals with it.

As I told earlier, even to fish on the river, the locals have to acquire permit from Dorbar. Cleanest village of Asia is receiving tourist daily, but the stringent rule they need to follow in there keeps it squeaky clean even then. Why?

Because they don't depend on state or district administration to impose rule in their locality or community like us. For them, word of RongBah comes before DC or even CM.
