Gslv and Pslv = Icbm

Hi guys, iam starting this thread to know your views. People in our neighbourhood feels that India's missile programme is inferior to them. I was thinking that this GSLV and PSLV rockets, which can go to space, can't they go with little modification to distances from 5000 to 15000 KM. Are they India's ICBM ???? If yes, why don't India test one of these to give answer to China?, share your views.

yes brother we are capable of ICBM's & Anti-satelite killers too, this always depends on GOI. as we have Congress, its fit for noting but shit, they never had or will never have any idea of offence in future too, so they are puppets of the west, so never expect any Russian product to win the deal in any format, may be only US or Israeli only will win in this Govt,
