Currently many foreign companies are looking at investing in India.
for eg: Northrop Grumman Eyes Indian Market for Delayed LEMV | Aviation International News
Not to mention JV's with Mahindra, Tata etc.
If the doors to private sector are opened, than I m sure a Pandora's box will be unleashed.
