Took too long to stop. Guess it misses the first two arresting wires. If it’s the first one, then they need to increase the tension I guess.
Standard naval doctrine(atleast in US/Russia) is to catch the 3 wire out of 4 or 2 wire out of 3 to my knowledge.

More because of the reason that the safest approach will land your tailhook on those wires 🤷‍♀️

Nope, just about right, a very smooth landing.
The tention isnt constant, it is adjusted for different fighter weights and landing speeds to get the best smooth landing... This one seemed very nice for the aircraft, they will alter the values for different aircraft.
