Moving Out Shoutbox

I was wondering if Shoutbox can be given its own seperate page like"Blogs","Forum","Gallery","Awards"?

The reason i am stating is that for people with low broadband speed it takes like forever for the page to load up?

in that case it wont be a shoutbox but a flash chat, anyways the shoutbox dosent take much of your speed the site is slow because of major security upgrades and this has been announced on the announcement section
once upgrades done it will be easier and fast to upoad

Agreed and Supporting Avi, and also I would like to say that 'Shout Box' some time serves the platform for Announcements from respected Moderators, Super Moderators and Administrators, while in logging in , the running shout box helps the respected members to have update on the happenings and discussions going in the forum, also a respected member can notify or draw attention the others about any email or PM he or she sent to concerned member or respected Mods, Super Mods and Admins.
