Muslim mobs go on rampage in Usti, West Bengal

The administration is desperate to suppress the report of this wanton act of violence and arson. Meanwhile, not one mainstream media outlet has reported this gruesome incident.

According to the report received by Hindu Samhati, about 15 persons from both communities have been arrested so far. It is also reported that the Hindus, whose shops have been looted, have been detained by the police while many attackers are roaming free.

As earlier IndiaFacts reports show (see box), South 24 Paraganas has for long been a target of violent Jihadists who seem to want to ethnically cleanse the region of Hindus. Now, Usti has been added in the long list of the ongoing Hindu persecution in West Bengal.

Over the years, many areas in the district (and elsewhere in the past, for example, Kashmir) have witnessed a forced migration for Hindus and the resultant demographic takeover by the Muslims.
Yet another Kashmir waiting to happen unless the centre acts.

Not mobs, but Mullahs, led by TMC minister of Minority affairs Giasuddin Mollah

30+ Hindu shops looted. 5-6 shops gutted. Highest loss-Annapurna Cloth Store. Everything in presence of minister Giasuddin Mollah

Sir, it was a secular-liberal attack. Reporting it would be a blow to "Idea of India".

Of course, I was just quoting the article. This was all led by leaders of the 'peaceful' community.

Its seems as if BJP is waiting for the elections to bring all this up and capitalize, after-all the polls are not that far off. With Mamta embroiled in Shardha and left no where to be seen, its the best chance BJP is likely to have.

I just hope that its not too late by the time they come to power.

I am surprised that this has not been reported in any newspaper or TV channels.
All I saw was one tiny report on one English channel that framed the attack as one community attacking another, they didn't seem to have the courage to name the attacker.

I am under firm belief now a days that any regional incidents which are not part the larger story line are ignored. Majority of the news headlines are part of a larger script.

If this story did not come out , to me it seems like Mamata Didi has more control over things than we are assuming.

The MSM in India for as far back as I can recall has always worked with an agenda. Stories that do not fit the desired narrative are either un or under-reported or twisted to suit their ends.

Its little to do with Mamta, its more do to with that Hindus can't be blamed here. Even incidents between two sects of Muslims do not get much reporting in other parts of India.

Bongs deserve it, they deserved the leaders that threw them to the wolves.

We are sitting on a time bomb. Massive influx of Bangladeshi to screw us.

The day is not far when West Bengal will have a Syria style civil war. Muslims are good when their numbers are small like under 15 % when they reach 25 % and above like 30 % in Assam or west bengal their is a chance of civil war in that state especially if that state is at the border like West Bengal and Assam where arms and ammunition can be brought in . Look at Africa Nigeria has 40 % Muslims and we all know what is happening in Nigeria , Central african republic another basket case .
By another ten to fifteen years Assam and west Bengal will have huge riots probably the worst in Indian History after partition if Bengalis do not do away with this pseudo secular attitude then they are in trouble

Note how disgusting the Trinamool Congress is and how low it can stoop to remain in power.

Party MP's book talks of Trinamool-Maoist meet

A handwritten fax message, signed by Maoist leader Bikram, has raised hackles in political circles. The note, which openly declares the rebels' "mutual understanding, support and joint resistance (alliance) with Mamata Banerjee and her party", surfaced only a day after a book by Trinamool MP Kabir Suman claimed that Maoists had held a meeting in Trinamool Bhavan in Kolkata during the Nandigram agitation.

Suman has dedicated the book — 'Nishaner naam Tapasi Malik' — to Maoist leader Kishanji. It appeared on the shelves on Monday.

The alleged Maoist message is similar to what Suman has put on record in his book while arguing for an armed battle against CPM goons. Suman reminisces an occasion in "war zone" Nandigram where Trinamool leaders Sisir Adhikary and Partha Chatterjee were escorted by "armed cadres".

He salutes the "glorious descendants of the Bengal revolutionary Surya Sen without whom CPM wouldn't have faced the resistance in Saten-gabari (Nandigram) as it did".

"Incontrovertible evidence of Trinamool-Maoist nexus"

Seeking to turn the tables on the United Progressive Alliance government, the Left parties, the Telugu Desam Party and the Janata Dal (Secular) on Thursday said it should decide on continuing alliance with the Trinamool Congress alleging its nexus with Maoists.

Claiming "incontrovertible evidence of collaboration" between the Trinamool and Maoists, leaders of these parties submitted a memorandum to Home Minister P. Chidambaram and asked the Manmohan Singh government to state how it planned to deal with the nexus.

"The responsibility of overcoming the impact of the Maoist violence is not the responsibility of the State governments alone, it is a phenomenon which spans across several States. Therefore, the Union government also has a responsibility," the memorandum said.

Addressing journalists after the meeting, CPI(M) Polit Bureau member Sitaram Yechury reiterated that while on one hand the Prime Minister described Maoist violence as the gravest threat to India's internal security, how can the government allow the Trinamool leaders hobnob with Maoists?

Referring to the recent communication from the Home Minister to West Bengal Chief Minister, the memorandum said the six parties were constrained to draw his attention to the facts that pointed to the nexus as also media reports during the last three years "revealing the nature of the nexus."

The parties said while earlier it was felt that the Trinamool-Maoist nexus charge was made just by the Left parties, the memorandum and annexures contained views of what leaders of Trinamool themselves had to say of this understanding.

The document also referred to a book by Trinamool MP Kabir Suman in which he gave an eyewitness account of meetings attended by Trinamool chief Mamata Banerjee and her colleague Sougata Roy with two Maoist leaders who were currently imprisoned. Discussions at these meeting revolved around possible intervention in Nandigram.

The parties also took objection to his reference to CPI (M) activists as 'harmads' stating that it did not keep with the majesty of the Home Minister's office. The parties also said the description was not only derogatory but used by Maoists to describe hapless victims belonging to the CPI (M) activists who were eliminated through "individual assassinations and through their self appointed kangaroo courts declared in the posters left behind with the dead bodies."

God Bless Bengal and God Bless India.

The TMC connection should be probed and the truth found and people taken to task as anti national if it is proved.
