Teen star Miley Cyrus has sent tongues wagging in London by sashaying down the red carpet in a provocatively short metallic dress.

Cyrus, 16, was promoting the premiere of Hannah Montana: The Movie, the big screen adaptation of the franchise responsible for her colossal stardom.

An army of photographers eagerly snapped the teenager as she strutted the stage with her co-stars and father Billy Ray Cyrus.

In fact the reason I put this 'skinny broad '" up on the forum wasn't to just show her. It was to say who she is. She's the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus who had that big country and Western song "Achy Breaky Heart".
Maybe all you guys know that the Miley broad from Hanna Montana is his daughter, but I didn't.
