Who is a more capable operator than USAF? If they can't keep the crash rate down no one can.

Belarus is a dictatorship, they aren't benchmarking anything much less considering F-16s. The source is Regnum which considers Lushenko and Putin as "facist occupiers."

PERSPECTIVE:

French Air Force has 315 Mirage 2000s. Crash that I know of this year is 1. So that puts French Air Forces' crash rate of its Mirage 2000s at 0.3174603175% for 2019.

USAF on the other hand has 1,245 F-16s in service. So far as you said this year 3 USAF F-16s crashed. So that puts USAF's F-16's crash rate at 0.2409638554% for 2019.

So USAF has far lower crash rate than the French Air as far as its F-16s versus French Air Force's equivalent fighter the Mirage 2000 is concerned.

Furthermore, if until now half of French Air Force is still grounded due to low budget then the above discrepancy is only set to grow larger. So please, look into the mirror before you speak.

USAF fighters on the other hand are overflown due to constant rotations in conflicts, bases and exercises all over the World.

I didn't say this year, I said since October which is within the last two months.
