Seems like some f-22 got damaged at Tyndall Fir force Base which came under eye of Hurricane Michael.
From reports it seems there were around 22 Raptors there which were under maintenance, hence couldn't be moved to other location.

There were 4 F 22s from 43 Fighter Squadron part of 325th Fighter Wing at Tyndall AFB. The airbase was in the eye of Hurricane Michael. Three were probably damaged but largely repairable.

Breaking News via Tyndall Air Force Base source: "Four 43d F-22s were left behind to ride out the hurricane. One of them was scheduled to leave but GABed after an issue prior to taxi. The other three were jets that couldn't be spun up in time to fly. Two can jets, and others with issues that couldn't be fixed. They were in hangars that are usually put in according to hurricane plans. They recalled swings and mids on Monday afternoon to spin up as many jets as they could to fly, then launched them. The last ones were launched on Tuesday morning. Here are the hangars that they were in. Hangar 2 contained one F-22 and the other three were in Hangar 43, with the brown roof. Condition of jets has not been released."

An F-22 Raptor fighter plane crashed at Eglin Air Force Base on Friday, with the pilot safely ejecting, the U.S. Air Force said.

The crash occurred about 12 miles northeast of Eglin's main base, on the test and training range, while the plane was on a routine training flight. It was not part of a celebratory formation of five planes which had taken off, minutes earlier from the base, although the formation's planned flyover of several Florida cities, in honor of coronavirus first responders, was cut short because of the crash.

"The pilot ejected safely from the aircraft and has been transported to the 96th Medical Group hospital on Eglin for evaluation and observation," base officials said in a statement. "He is currently in stable condition. The name of the pilot has not been released. There were no other individuals on the aircraft. There was no loss of life or civilian property damage related to the accident."

Why does the engines have 4 tubes at rear? Are these part of some secret cooling mechanism to shield the plume?
