Yup that's Tejas . LSP probably.

LRDE built 3 uttam prototype for helicopter and roof testing. Then built 3 more for integration and testing on lsp Tejas .

They hope it could be ready for last for batch of lca mk1a. As it takes 5-6 years of testing from trials date.

Uttam prototype displayed in 2015 had 736 tr modules.
Uttam production model may have more tr module by 2024-25. If it goes for last batch of mk1a.
Can reportedly track 100 targets simultaneously (elta2052 can track 64 )
and 2m2 target at 150km+ range. ( Actual classified).
Has silent (passive mode ) according to HV thakur.

Uttam for mwf will be much bigger with more tr modules ( probably 1000+) and gaN based modules instead of gaS. ( Already in works.). This should be even more capable than current uttam configuration.
2m2 at 200km+ probably or even more.

And it will be scaled up for upgrade of su30mki . ( Later batches) with 1400-1500 TR module. Making a beast of aesa radar.

Netra - is already AESA ! Most of our bigger radars are already AESA. So what you are saying is already done. Difficulty is not in making it bigger - difficulty is in miniaturizing it; UTTAM AESA represents the pinnacle in miniaturization.
