Well, I don't think India needs a Pakistani spy in its custody to intimidate Pakistan. Pakistan knows very well how much hostile situation will go if anything happens to Jadhav.
Unless we have absolute proof that he was kidnapped from Iran, what hostile action can we take?

And it's useless too...pakis would never accept that guy as their man just like they rejected their own soldiers in kargil.... they are honourless ppl

We did not get acquittal. There is to be a review of the death sentence, likely in a civilian court. That does not mean he will not be sentenced the same punishment again.

So, they'll review and order death sentence, then what? What's our next move?

Also, from Porkie perspective, it's better to keep him alive and have this drag on.

Let's be blunt, this is not a comprehensive victory and it's unlikely he'll ever come back.
Like Tarak Fateh rightly says, in a war of a lawyer and a goon , lawyer never wins. You have to be better goon too fight and win a war against a goon country Pakistan.

Saber rattling might prove to be counter productive because pakistani establishment would loath to appear to have caved in to Indian threat. Hope the govt has some tricks up their diplomatic sleeves.

There is no specific directive for the review to be in a civilian court, please correct me if I'm wrong.

The order mentions review and not a re-trial, so even a re-trial may not occur.
Exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our actions aren't determined by whether we are able to provide "proofs" to the belligerent. We are keen on that he wasn't a spy, that's enough to defend.

Yeah, diplomatic tricks.

Direct military threats, diplomatic irritating and continuous encounters will be new normal if Jadhav doesn't come back.

There is hardly anything in Pakiland that can be called 'civil'. The so called Civil courts hanged one democratically elected PM, exiled another, convicted another on flimsy grounds!!

Just because India has kick ass lawyers it doesn't mean that they can argue the case in Pakiland. India will need to appoint a Paki lawyer....who will be almost impossible to find because all bar associations threatened to disbar anyone representing Jadhav (can you imagine this in any civilized country?). Also, even if a lawyer is found there is high risk that Pakis will threaten him to become their mole!

Finally, moving to a civil court is not a option that India can exercise. The dumbass ICJ allowed Pakis to perform the 'review & reconsideration' in a manner of their choosing!!! Very likely that a bunch of Paki generals will smoke cigars in a closed room and then come out saying that the review is done & sentence is upheld!!
CORRECTION: It appears that non-Pakistani lawyers (from countries with common law) can practice in Paki courts. Net-net Indian lawyers could represent Kulbhushan in Paki civil courts!

Sources: Pakistan has been asked yesterday to provide unimpeded consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, in an environment free from the fear of intimidation and reprisal, in the light of the orders of the ICJ. Their response in now awaited https://t.co/9S58vJ4ZUS

Either we punish napakistan diplomatically & force them to give up KJ(unlikely as the paki army & ISI don't really care about the image of their cuntry) or a para sf team exfiltrates with KJ. This has gone on for far too long.

*Pun intended*
Kulbushan Jhadav is locked up in a local Police Station. This station is manned with an Inspector with protruding tummy and his minions. It will be a cakewalk for our guys.:truestory:

Getting in and getting out will be the problem
Infiltration can be done with a chartered private flight posing in as a cargo plane, when over porki airspace can do a HALO jump over Less military saturated areas, over the few days get the equipment, nab Kulbhushan and get out through the sea route that Ajmal Kasab and company used (with the help of the Indian navy ofcourse)

Then again, I'm wet dreaming, this is just beyond our control or expectations

That actually scares me more because we all know what happens to those who are accused of blasphemy in Porkistan.
