Case at ICJ is not about whether he is a spy or not, its about getting consular access.

Indian media has committed enough sins in the past , let them atleast try to wash their sins by trying to save a mans life.

We shouldn't be holding any brief for BJP, what they do is not my concern.

From POV of India, this is a different approach compared to the past. This would be the first time India has gone to an international institution on a legal case against Pakistan.

Edit: if there is success in this case, paki military court it self might b challenged on prosecuting foreign nationals in the future.

i laughed my ass out the way that dunce grey haired benighted lawyer with an equally fake accent had put up his argument, even a non-law student can easily point out the fallacies and completely erroneous facts put up by him. while listening to his absolutely abysmal and addled speech, at one point i thought that he is going to break-down and'll start whining about the Kashmir issue .

Habeeb, ISI agent we caught from Nepal will be on block.

That is also the reason we didn't accept that we have caught him, so that we can exchange it for Jadhav to save our face. If jadhav is released Habeeb will be found roaming on Nepalese streets a complete face saving for GOI as officially we didn't caught and we didn't released but a big humiliation for Pakistan if exchange does take place.

I missed some 10 minutes of paki barrister's argument, but from what I have seen I think the paki barrister does not know if Jadhav is alive or not.

It was not worth watching he fumbled many times. At one point when he argued about nationality, i though he was RAW Agent.....
