Going by Clcurrent rate demography is not changing in Kashmir & by BJP sabka saath & ultra new sabka vishwas stance. Only way to subdue Kashmiris is to take away the power & bring back the Dogra rule administration system back. Power should always be in the hands of Hindus. As soon as u break their stronghold... They will fall in line. Attack their income benefits jobs.. Things will start to improve. Appeasement is futile.

Bank Manager From Rajasthan Shot Dead In Kulgam

Srinagar, June 2 : Suspected militants on Thursday shot dead a Bank Manager from Rajasthan in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

A top Police officer told GNS that the Bank Manager of Elaqahi Dehati Bank, Branch of Kulgam, Vijay Kumar, was fired upon by militants this morning in Arreh area of the district.

He was immediately shifted to nearby hospital in critical condition. However a doctor at district hospital Kulgam told GNS Kumar was brought dead to the facility.

Soon after the attack whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.(GNS)

Two non-locals shot at, injured in Budgam

Budgam, Jun 02: Two non-local residents were shot at and injured in Khanda, Magraypora area of central Kashmir's Budgam district on Thursday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that duo were fired at by the suspected militants.

He said identification of both is being ascertained. “The duo have been shifted to Srinagar hospital,” the official said. Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers—(KNO)

our security forces have enough experience but its the Central Govt not keen on taking any action of sort. I am missing the 2014-2019 version of NDA. They gave free reign to the forces that time.
Now it seems they have bounded the forces in view of coming election in man states.
We need to follow the policy which KPS Gill formed to control the Insurgency in Punjab in 80s. If they nab 1 person, Gill's forces will nab 5 of their people. Need to do same here.
