It is obvious that IAF did not find the Su57 value for money especially after they measure J-20, J-31 cross-section. There is no shame in rejecting expensive, under-equipped toys especially if there does not seem to be any requirement for it. Anyway, looks like they found a buyer for it so all is good.

That case where an IAF Su-30 tracked a J-20 in flying over Tibet. That's mustn't be taken too seriously, as J-20 is mostly frontal stealth... it may have been facing another way, or it might not have had RAM coating to give IAF a false idea of its RCS.

Pakistan J 17 Thunder is over hauled in China I thought it to be over hauled in Pakistan since it is manufactured in Pakistan. SU-30, MIG-29, Mirage 2000, Jaguar, and Tejas all are over hauled and manufactured and upgraded by HAL and India.

Just 188 jf17 !! They have 300+ obsolete planes ( f7pg + mirage Iii and mirage v) . And in 10 years their f16 A/ B will be reaching end of airframe life. A lot of their f16 were already second hand from Jordan so they won't last loner too.

This means Pakistan will have a short fall of 150 fighters from current strength in a decade and half.

FC-1/JF-17 is an export project, the info about this project is so rich unlike PLAAF projects..

the academic journal article published by two Deputy Chief Designers ,one of which is the Chief Designer of Flight Control system team.

The flight control system comprises conventional controls with stability augmentation in the yaw and roll axis( hybrid electronic/mechanical system, a digital limited authority duplex FBW as backup ) and a digital FBW system in the pitch axis (digital full authority quadruplex FBW system +analog duplex FBW as backup ).
