Dude, this is a FORUM, a place for discussion. Anyone puts on a claim is open for others to question and challenge.Dude you really think anyone on this forum is going to tell you Tejas' real RCS as if we have it lying in the folder next to the porn pics. If you have the tools, measure it yourself.
Or IAF just found out that they can't afford Su-57.Just like IAF cancelled the su57 cooperation after measuring the J-20 and J-31 RCS.
It is obvious that IAF did not find the Su57 value for money especially after they measure J-20, J-31 cross-section. There is no shame in rejecting expensive, under-equipped toys especially if there does not seem to be any requirement for it. Anyway, looks like they found a buyer for it so all is good.Or IAF just found out that they can't afford Su-57.
How were indians able to mesure the RDC of very secret chinese planes? It is obvious that IAF did not find the Su57 value for money especially after they measure J-20, J-31 cross-section. That case where an IAF Su-30 tracked a J-20 in flying over Tibet. That's mustn't be taken too seriously, as J-20 is mostly frontal stealth... it may have been facing another way, or it might not have had RAM coating to give IAF a false idea of its RCS.How were indians able to mesure the RDC of very secret chinese planes?
All this kind of planes are flying during peace time with a Fresnel lens...
What you are saying is entirely possible. I am only presenting a conjecture based on the fact that su57 cooperation deal was cancelled around the same time that the statement was made by the ACM:How were indians able to mesure the RDC of very secret chinese planes?

It is $184 million for three aircraft. That puts the price at $61 million per unit."...We are in the Process of Acquiring 3 JF-17 Thunder Multi-Role Fighter Aircraft from Pakistan..." _Said Air Marshal Sadique.B Abubakar, Chief of Air Staff #NigerianAirForce #NAF While Talking in a Special Documentary, Aired on Airforce's 55th Anniversary. 1/2 (Thread)
60 million for a junk metal can that can't even fire bvr missile. No wonder poverty is rising fast in Nigeria. Also probably clears why Paki are scouting for old mirages. It is $184 million for three aircraft. That puts the price at $61 million per unit.
Its sd10 which he is calling pl15 ,and on wingtip its a variant of pl5E II IR homing missileJf17 equipped with 2X Pl-5 WVR-M, 2X SD-10 BVR-M, 2X C-802 AShM and centerline drop tank.
It's assembled in Pakistan and painted in green.Pakistan J 17 Thunder is over hauled in China I thought it to be over hauled in Pakistan since it is manufactured in Pakistan. SU-30, MIG-29, Mirage 2000, Jaguar, and Tejas all are over hauled and manufactured and upgraded by HAL and India.
Just 188 jf17 !! They have 300+ obsolete planes ( f7pg + mirage Iii and mirage v) . And in 10 years their f16 A/ B will be reaching end of airframe life. A lot of their f16 were already second hand from Jordan so they won't last loner too.PAF is set to acquire 26 Jf17B aircrafts in near future. It will be equipped with AESA radar & 3-axis FBW system. After its production, PAF will opt for 50 Blk3, totalling 76 AESA equipped Thunders. Overall, PAF will be operating 188 (-2 crashed) Jf17s split into 10 squadrons

The flight control system comprises conventional controls with stability augmentation in the yaw and roll axis( hybrid electronic/mechanical system, a digital limited authority duplex FBW as backup ) and a digital FBW system in the pitch axis (digital full authority quadruplex FBW system +analog duplex FBW as backup ).
