@Neo

paki begger country that begs for railway engines because they dont got money or knowledge to built them talks about claims to be aviation industry,
indian railway factories are mammoth than your bs pac aviation industry,
indian railway factories got mammoth budget and projects than bs pac,

indian railway manufactures way more bigger and quality products than your bs pac,

your pac aviation industry got only dozen of products including rubber parts, canopy, metal sheets and pipes forming, drop tanks,

so pac is basically garage for older version of mirage and first and last so called paki made junk jf,

@Dazzler

No matter how much good you claim your Junk Fucker 17 or S 10 ...... PAF always remain inferior and beaten at will.

More pain for you.

Pakistan’s November 2006 purchase of 500 AIM-120C AMRAAM missilescreated counter-pressure on the subcontinent, and reportedly had India looking for 120km BVRAAMs (Beyond Visual Range Air-Air Missiles). Missiles with this notional head-on range would far outstrip the 60km of the AIM-120C, and even the 60-90km (36-54 miles) reported for the Russian AA-12/R-77 ‘AMRAAMski’ that India already deploys. Indeed, this figure would be closer to the ramjet-powered Meteor under development via MBDA

India does not have the RVV AE version, rather the older version with 50-70km head on range, and the R-27 is obsolete as its seeker is less accurate due to being semi active one. The AIM 120C5 has an engagement range of around 7-80km head on. SD-10A is just under 100km head on.
pack of stupid pakis if india which is 3rd biggest economy by ppp and 7 by nominal at whole wide world got obsolete missiles,

then begging country like paki would be only storing junk and nothing else.

it is common sense, the jf-17 has a small RCS, much smaller than the Mig-29, BARS will detect it at 140km, by that ratio, jf-17 will not be detected before 130km or even less.
So you are arguing with "Common Sense" Do you have any proof that JF17 has smaller RCS ??

LCA has smaller RCS than JF17 ... So ?

Your trained eye should have known but i guess any thing from Chinese masters are a bliss... The Fishbed has better performance even with an older Engine. :)

The Tall Claim is that its a 4 Gen Fighter, :biggrin2: and yes it makes the radar glow like a Christmas tree, the all metal finish is great.

Here View attachment 7500
The combat range is wrong no way an aircraft with engine having SFC dry at 75 kg/(kN·h) and wet at 188 kg/(kN·h) with internal fuel at 2300 ltrs will have a combat range of 1300 kms even if flying at low drag flight profile at tropopause with relative density at 0.8 for fuel

And how about the canopy that has to be closed and checked manually.
If some one ignores the features like the composite airframe, all axis digital FBW of the Tejas and finds fault with the 'manual canopy closing system'.he would surely be a Pakistani. :pound:

you like flight global? here you go..
Flight global have been documenting India's aircraft programs since the days of the HT-2.Their archives are quite helpful.

You should try searching their archives for LCA.

I would be scared too for loosing my toes. The cockpit is too small and the pilots risks loosing his feet if he ejects.
Utter non sense. This claim 'invented by some journalists have been debunked by the developers .

watch the video again and point me where it performed the complete loop or reversal or full circle.
Was that a joke ?it have been demonstrating complete loops for years.

Is it another dumb claim like 'LCA airframe shivers when it pulls anything more than 6G ?'

Not to forget the pathetic take off with a slow climb. It took off like a passenger plane.

Nothing compared to JF-17 which went vertical seconds after the take off and pulled 8g without retracting the gear. :)
Man your JFT is too advanced...even better than the F22:pound:

Or is it simply because of a blunder by the pilot ?

Look here what chinese themselves have to say about their fighter Which they themselves do not want to Deploy.

http://www.defense-aerospace.com/ar...as-and-china's-xiaolong-fighters-compare.html

Conclusion

The Tejas is a light multirole fighter fit for the 21st century. It uses a lot of new technology and innovation, such as its use of large amounts of composite materials, its advanced avionics system and its unique aerodynamic configuration. In terms of functionality, the LCA Tejas has good potential to be expanded into variants. For example, at a time when the air force version is yet to be commissioned widely, a ship-based version of the aircraft has already been released. The Xiaolong is a third-generation model designed for the international market. The use of off-the-shelf materials not only cuts costs but also reduces risks in the design process and improves the reliability of the aircraft. This will not make it the best aircraft, but rather a standard, cheap and reliable model for air-to-air combat. In summation, the Xiaolong is the aircraft of today and the Tejas is the aircraft of tomorrow.
@Neo @Dazzler

hahaha,
your cheap chinese made junk jf got disowned by chinese themselves,

you missed the sarcasm, he made fun of the tejas by calling it a fighter of tomorrow, means it is not in service and will be so in the future. Got it?
hint for you and your pack of paki stupids,

your madarassa education made you disoriented and you not comprehending something that written with simple language and thats why you so confused and stupid,

lets for second say its a sarcasm only to cool down your jealous a#*,
but no one makes fun of any jet by calling it 'fighter of tomorrow',

even if its currently or at the moment at service or not,

it means it gonna be fit for future,

and the article also stated that junk jf is useful for today only what you understood by that,
it means jf gonna be obsolete before it gonna take off,
isnt that making fun of junk jf by chinese themselves,

it means pakis use jf today but when lca is flying tomorrow run away and that tomorrow came when you pakis ran away with junk jf from that bahrain air show.

And how about the canopy that has to be closed and checked manually.
it is the reminiscent of their beloved Mirages, the cramped cockpit and manual canopy rocks ;)
examples of madarassa education and paki knowledge,:laugh::laugh:
canopy makes jf 4th gen fighter,

rafale got manually closed canopy,

I would be scared too for loosing my toes. The cockpit is too small and the pilots risks loosing his feet if he ejects. No wonder he didn't take risks at all.
lca pilot do not got clear space to eject from aircraft,

thats the first thing paki or chinese jf pilots gonna do to eject from junk jf, :hehe::hehe::hehe:

if paki or chinese pilots of junk jf mistakenly did not got run away message from chinese command to turn and run away from lca,

then pakis and chinese pilots gonna eject from junk jf.:clap2::clap2::clap2:

thats some proof you have there. hats off to your ability to compare things :D
Give it a rest mate, they are derailing the thread on purpose which is about JF-17, not the LCA or MKI. They are not interested in a serious debate hence they resort to name calling such as Junk Fighter...not realising that it is meant to fight their own junk called LCA.

Jf-17 is a JV and a successful one aswell and the only fighter co- designed and developed by an air force. It is on schedule and has earned a place in the international media including the reputable AFM, Janes and global defence. We have participated in Le Bourget, Farnborough, Zuhai, Dubai and Antalya and will make many more international appearances in near future. We already have an export order and more will follow. Unlike their LCA we're not wasting time but we're progressing by gradually introducing new features, weapons and electronics. We have met our target of producing 16 units in 2015 and will further increase it to 24 this year. Block 1 will soon be upgraded to block 2, PAC Kamra has been expanded to meet this requirement. Dual seater JF-17B will fly this year followed by block 3 in 2017. We are negotiating with the Russians for an improved version of the RD-93 with increased thrust for block 3. Gradually sections of the JFT are being replaced by composite materials to decrease weight and to increase fuel capacity. Dual rack launchers are expected to be introduced soon along with full fbw in block three. Unlike our neighbors we're not trying to reinvent the wheel but progressing fast, something the IAF/LCA team was forced to admit as tweeted by Alan Warnes. So let these fanboys troll as much as they like, the truth is that they're terribly buthurt to see us progress and they'll find a thousand excuses to bash and malign the Thunder. Ignore them, we have a fighter with reliable partners. Theirs depends on a lot of western suppliers including the Americans. Goodluck to them!

Back on topic please, the JF-17/FC-1.

as much as i'd like to rebut @Neo about his opinions, he's right though. this thread is to know the JF-17's features. let's keep the comparisons in a different thread guys. i think there's one already.

madarassa education and paki knowledge,
just put refueling probe and its block 2, its a 4th gen jet,

just put an extra seat and few composite components of who know made of what,
and its block 3, its a flanker or 5th gen stealth jet.

china not pakis
gets some export order from poor countries and its makes junk jf a world class jet,

pakis junk jf depends upon russian and chinese suppliers,

at least india buys foreign tech,

unlike pakis who got to beg for money to americans and cheap tech
to chinese,

and air shows ???

indian participating at air shows before pakis made cycle with collaboration of chinese.

That says a thing or two about the 'co-development' claim. So my guess about PAF officers being merely involved in forming the specifications was correct.

Unlike our neighbors we're not trying to reinvent the wheel
Oh please.Don't make such sweeping statements. You're not trying to because you neither have the expertise ,research institutions or industrial infrastructure to a execute a project like LCA or even the JF 17 by yourself.

something the IAF/LCA team was forced to admit as tweeted by Alan Warnes.
Lol,So Alan Warnes is Pakistan's Chuck Yeager V 2.0

But when Alan Warnes is impressed by LCA's agility, its merely a 'compliment'

Theirs depends on a lot of western suppliers including the Americans. Goodluck to them!
Yours is dependent on Russian engines, and good luck with that.

Pray that the Chinese expedite the WS 13 program.

Hummmm this is a typical pakistani interpretation of a simple sentence. Actually Your plane is a big joke on military aircraft.

Nailing paki LIes

Sep 21, 2015,

The Network quoted Pakistan air force commodore Khalid Mahmood, head of the JF-17 sales and marketing team, saying that there has been no problems with it after more than 7,000 hours of use. Mahmood said the aircraft features flexible weapons stations that enable the JF-17 to be equipped with any weapon purchased on the open market.

The in-service fleet has logged a total of 10,000 flight hours with the PAF. In China, the JF-17 is also known as the FC-1 Xiaolong.

Even Back in 2011 pakis were saying that they completed 10000 hours. :D
