If my fighter is not best in the world I do not mind. It was our first effort of contemperrory aircraft It is our own and it has done a great job. Why do not you answer that as per your logic JF 17 should be 5th generation aircraft as Chinese rate them one generation less and they told it 4th generation so that as per western standard it should be fifth generation. Su 30 is over kill. Mig 29 is also an over kill so as Mirage 2000 and tejas. The only comparable plane is indian arsenal is Jaguar with much better ground attack ability.

The order of LCA is live but the order of Joint Failure-17 crashed and burned on the run up during sales pitch itself.
India has not put LCA for sale like paki Joint Failure-17. May be after inducting and operating enough crafts (Gaining Credibility) India will look out for some sales.

Well, informed Sources in air force close to idrw.org have informed us that instead of offering Homegrown LCA-Tejas to Srilanka, IAF may transfer some of Upgraded Mig-27 along with Spares to Srilankan Air force at FOC ( Free of Cost).http://idrw.org/india-may-transfer-some-migs-to-srilanka-source/

Till LCA gets through India will support Srilanka with some arrangements.
Srilanka prefers MIG-27 Upgrade over Junk Figher-17.

And Your plane neither see first nor shoot first. MKI can see your plane from 200 kM away and shoot before your plane can see it. If we buy rafale, you will not even know who shot you.

wrong, many parts are pakistani, including front fuselage, rudder, canopy, VHF/ UHF comm, data link, weapons and mission management computer, light management system, global altitude and heading reference system, back up mission computer among others.

poor range? it will detect your MKI at around 140kms mate, and then it will turn it into fried chicken. your MKI will not see it before 120km due to its smaller RCS. MKI has the RCS of a mammoth you know and it blinks bright and shiny on RWR and radar.
