Your AMCA is being designed with the same planform and aerodynamics ;)

You guys should change since AMCA is still just on paper unlike the J-35

J35 and J20 like planes are third generation plane qhich are sold by advertising them as fifth generation. Recently, one famous US magazine called it a fifth generation plane like F35 and not like J20 which was detected by MKI from Tejpur while J 20 was flying over Lhasa.

Chinese J 20 has AL31 or 41 engine used by Russia in its 4th generation plane. It has inferion WVR and BVR missiles. Poor quality AESA etc. Chinese fifth generation planes are such fifth generation planes qhich has no fifth generation stuff in them. Your much hyped Z10 choppers are unable to fly in Ladakh. Chinese weapons are like Chinese soldiers. No reliability.

All new J-20s coming off assembly lines use WS-10C engines.

Wow, the Indian MKI pilot can see 400km into China to confirm he detected a J-20 and not a flock of geese in Lhasa. Great story ;)

there is one thing China can not compete with, it is the main concept.

Su-75 is one engined, F-35, has one engine, why?

First is producibility and price, single engine fighters are cheaper to make.

Another thing is Su-57 and Su-75 use the same engine, same is basically F-22 and F-35 since f-135 is an evolution of f-119.

the smaller engine relies more in fuel why?

Propulsive Energy is the Key
The theory put into practice with turbofans is something called propulsive efficiency. It is much more efficient to move a large volume of air at relatively slower speeds than to move a small volume of air at higher speeds.
In flight, the fan blades spin at around 3,000 RPM. Any higher and the fan tips start to run supersonically, making a huge amount of noise in the form of a piercing drone. In contrast, the low pressure shaft spins at 12,000 RPM and the high-pressure shaft at around 20,000 RPM. So, how do you slow down this rotation — going from a high RPM at the back of the engine to a lower RPM at the front?

. On a jet, an inch of thrust lever movement at a low rpm may be worth only 200 pounds of thrust, but at a high rpm that same inch of movement might amount to closer to 2,000 pounds

https://www.faa.gov/regulations_pol...ation/airplane_handbook/media/17_afh_ch15.pdf

. As rpm increases, mass flow, temperature, and efficiency also increase. Therefore, much more thrust is produced per increment of throttle movement near the top of the range than near the bottom.

https://www.flightliteracy.com/operating-the-jet-engine-part-two/

The basic thrust equation indicates that as forward speed Va increases it is necessary to increase either the mass flow, or exit velocity Vex , or both, in order to hold the thrust, F, constant.

In the supersonic region afterburner equipped engines enable large increase in thrust with Mach number

.

basically is you increase the temperature or the air mass flow, basically a bigger blade or engine diameter, smaller blades need higher RPM or more fuel burn so this increases the need for better materials.

First make these stealth fighter of China work. Chinese own propaganda is not good enough. Another nation has to use it and evaluate over a period of time. Until then, these are prototypes.

Twin engine is more reliabe than single on Naval combat envrioment. Even USANF is still ordering F/A18.

F35 is still controvisal for naval even from USAN itself.

Your discussion on areodynamic, no offending, i think your talk is quite cheap. The are only few people from few nation really understand why the design works like that, including USA, Russia, China.

You are using your hobby to act like "i know better than professional designer on how to design a stealth plane".

This is the unclassified article from No. Institute 611, the designer of this plane, talking about some design concept of naval based fighter, after i read this, your words looks really no sense, or talking straightly "wrong".

I quote do you understand there are 100s of papers by aerospace engineers, you just quote the same paper, i can quote you many more, by engineers and researchers.

China made a twin engine simply because they do not have the engine technology it is as simple like that.

So they use two RD-33 to generate the thrust of a single f135.

A RD-93 has the diameter of 1 meter and the Al-31 of 1.2, the EJ-200 is much smaller

rd-93 fan diameter from www.uecrus.com
Diameter: 1,040 mm
Thrust at full afterburning mode: 8,300kgf

F135 has a 1.2 meters see

For China to make a smaller engine proportionally as powerful is much harder because this means a smaller diameter and higher RPM and temperatures since the air mass flow is much lower.

For such a reason both the USA and Russia chose single engine fighters Su-75 and F-35 use bigger engines that ingest bigger mass flow at lower RPM and lower need for higher temperature.

the french have a light and tiny but the price is is harder to increase thrust
Specifications (M88-2)[edit]
Data from Safran Aircraft Engines[12]

General characteristics
  • Type: Afterburning turbofan
  • Length: 353.8 cm (139.3 in)
  • Diameter: 69.6 cm (27.4 in)
  • Dry weight: 897 kg (1,978 lb)
Components
  • Compressor: Axial, 3-stage LP, 6-stage HP
  • Combustors: Annular
  • Turbine: 1-stage LP, 1-stage HP
Performance
J-35 basically sorry is underpowered and will have a much harder path than J-20 for such a reason they chose J-20 but since they can not get better engines well they stuck with J-35

Now consider RD-93 is 1 meter of diameter it has two so it has around 2 meters only of engine, add the bulkheads and boxy cross section, then you understand why J-20 is the prime fighter, it carries more fuel, the F-35 even having the same cross section area will have more area for fuel

1638442731497.png

basically you can not make an efficient V/STOL from J-31 aircraft because the engines are far aft and there is no space for a fan or lift engines
1638442954200.png

So china needs bigger carriers and obviously big ships, F-35B will be able to fly from smaller ships.

Consider it has no space for a lift fan because of its internal weapons bays do not allow it, basically J-31 is not well thought for a V/STOL it can not become one, for a reason the F-35 has side internal weapons bays and the engine closer to the center of gravity, the nozzle jet pipe is far forward for V/STOL reasons

The Chinese Space Station is only used by China. The Chinese Rover on Mars is only used by China. Only China has its own space station and no one else outside the US has a rover on Mars like China.

Chinese stealth fighters used by China will be the same :)

Not disputing that. The point under discussion is stealth planes and fighters. We will talk about rovers, some other times.

But still your space station is not fully operational.

second thing ruskies, US,eu (plus some other countries) achived that 25 yrs ago. That is 1/4th of a century.

Many first world countries together set up that space station. China has one on its own while still a Third World nation.

And after 25 years, there are still just two :)

and what benefit get the uighurs from that if Xi ordered kill them?

I guess great science with barbaric policies China makes space station but Xi commits genocide
