PossiblyGSLVv MK 3 first flght was scheduled in March 17 which is now pushed ahead in Dec16.
I don't know because I first opened Wikipedia page of GSLV MarkIII after its first experimental flight in December.
By the way, ISRO is launching GSAT-9 (with electric propulsion) in July which was before scheduled for 2017.
@Gessler So, bro GSAT-9 will use electric propulsion for July. and please excuse for GSAT-19E.
Here, E stands for"Experimental" and not Electric.
It will probably be an experimental satellite to demonstrate technologies in future satellites.
Currently ISRO uses 2.5 tonnes to 3.5 tonnes communication satellites but they are planning for 4-5.5 tonnes (Like west, Russia and China) from next decade.
