Don't know why people are behaving like something drastic incident happened . Tests are for validating various things there may be failed attempts it is supposed to happen . If you check history of other space agencies they failed more often than ISRO . Failure is a good thing so we can learn more .

Definitely, and this needs to be pointed out more often, given Indians' often cynical attitude when it comes to anything Indian made! I suppose the issue with the SSLV is the the build up and anticipation, after ISRO confidently announced its upcoming launch back in 2019 itself.

What's that mean
Till now the signal send for communication used to be in digital form(0,1), but now quantum units are used to communicate (Qubit, which works on quantum machenics), which is hackproof and even it tell the users if anyone else tries to access the data...basically it will follow Heisenberg uncertainty principle and only person with authentic key will be able to access the content.

I know about qbits I mean how fast better is it as compared

INDIA TO OFFER GSLV ROCKETS FOR GLOBAL SATELLITE LAUNCH MARKET
SUNDAY, MARCH 28, 2021 BY INDIAN DEFENCE NEWS

Chennai: India will get into the global communication satellite launch market with its Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV) rocket after 2022-23, Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), K. Sivan said.

“Enquiries from third parties are being received for satellite launch using GSLV rockets. The rocket can be used for launch of multiple satellites. However, at present our GSLV rockets are fully booked and we can look at commercial launches only after 2022-23,” Sivan told IANS.

India has three rockets to launch satellites viz Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV), GSLV MK-II and GSLV MK-III.

The country has used PSLV for putting into orbit earth observation satellites – owned and those belonging to domestic and foreign third parties.

The GGSLV MK-II and GSLV MK-III rockets are used for orbiting communication satellites that are heavier than earth observation satellites.

India has slung a total of 342 foreign satellites into orbit, all for a fee. However, the majority of the foreign satellites orbited by PSLV are small ones.

The real cash is in launching heavier communication satellites.

The GSLV MK-II has a carrying capacity of 2,500 kg to Geo Transfer Orbit (GTO) and the GSLV MK-III capacity is 4,000 kg to GTO.

“About 10-12 satellites are to be launched using GGSLV MK-II rocket including navigation and defence satellites. The rocket is fully engaged till 2022-23,” Sivan said.

As regards with the much heavier GSLV MK-III rocket, the ISRO’s focus is on building a human rated vehicle so that India’s human space mission Gaganyaan can be realised, he remarked.

The Indian space agency is expected to fly its human rated first unmanned GSLV MK-III by the end 2021, Sivan said.

It is also developing a smaller rocket with a carrying capacity of 500 kg.

The realisation of SSLV is expected to be delayed as the first static test of the rocket’s first stage was unsuccessful.

Sivan declined to dwell on the static test.

On the status of getting the private sector to make PSLV rockets, the ISRO Chair said the request for proposal (RFP) has been issued and time has been given till May for interested parties to submit their proposals.

Sivan said inter-ministerial consultations on the proposed Space Act and the Space Based Remote Sensing Policy are to be held. The Space Based Communication Policy of India 2020 or Spacecom Policy-2020 is in the final form.

“Policies on launch vehicles, space exploration, human space flight are on the way.”

Sivan replied in negative when queried about the students of the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) making and launching a satellite.

Students of several Indian universities have made and launched their satellites using PSLV rockets.

“We give new technology projects for IIST students,” Sivan said.

Didnt find any info of this ? Only ff of gaganyaan announced by ISRO
You didn't just find that in this particular article. IDRSS are available in annual report. And without them, Gaganyaan is impossible.

Without IDRSS, Gaganyaan won't be there since communication blackout isn't supposed to be there in multi-day long missions. Even if India's manned mission is delayed for it.

Novel technique for tracking solar eruptions that disrupt space weather to be used in India’s first solar mission

Scientists have developed a new technique to track the huge bubbles of gas threaded with magnetic field lines that are ejected from the Sun, disrupting space weather and causing geomagnetic storms, satellite failures, and power outages.

As the ejections from the Sun, technically called Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs), cause various disturbances of the space environment, forecasting their arrival time is very important. However, forecasting accuracy is hindered by limited CME observations in interplanetary space.

Software named Computer Aided CME Tracking Software (CACTus) based on a computer vision algorithm was so far used to detect and characterise such eruptions automatically in the outer corona where these eruptions cease to show accelerations and propagate with a nearly constant speed.

However, this algorithm could not be applied to the inner corona observations due to the vast acceleration experienced by these eruptions. This severely limited the capability to track the eruptions as CMEs accelerate in the lower corona. Moreover, with the advancement in space technology, there has been a tremendous increase in the amount of data obtained from spacecraft. To identify and track the solar eruptions in huge number of images can become tedious if done manually.

Research led by Mr. Ritesh Patel, Dr. Vaibhav Pant, and Prof. Dipankar Banerjee from Aryabhatta Research Institute of observational sciences (ARIES), Nainital, an autonomous institute under DST, Government of India, along with their collaborators from Royal Observatory of Belgium, have led to the development of an algorithm, CMEs Identification in Inner Solar Corona (CIISCO) to detect and track the accelerating solar eruption in the lower corona. CIISCO has been successfully tested on several eruptions observed by space observatories, including Solar Dynamics Observatory and Solar-Terrestrial Relations Observatory, PROBA2/SWAP launched by NASA and ESA, respectively. The research was published in the Solar Physics journal.

Figure 1: (a) Solar corona observed in EUV image of SWAP instrument. An erupting structure at the west limb is pointed at by the red arrow, (b) height-time plot corresponding to the eruption. A parabolic profile could be observed, (c) Identified parabolic profile by CIISCO overplotted on (b) by dashed line.

The parameters determined by CIISCO are useful to characterise these eruption in the lower corona, a region where the properties of such eruptions are less known. An implementation of CIISCO on the large volume of data available from space observatories mentioned above will be helpful to improve our understanding of eruptions in the inner corona. As India’s first solar mission, Aditya-L1, will be observing this region of the solar corona, implementation of CIISCO on the Aditya-L1 data will provide new insight into the CME properties in this less explored region.
