Does the isro make emblem for every mission?

I don't know about every mission but yes, we do it for major missions like Mangalyaan.
Adding, we publish a nice brochure for every mission.

Tomorrow,the launch will succeed like any other PSLV launches..i am sure about that.

Tomorrow's launch will draw in world media attention to Indian space capabilities.. and ISRO will be on discussion table in WEST..

I just finished watching a DD News talkshow which includes Science. journalist Pallava Varga. He said Venus mission timeline has not been fixed (may be 5/6 years later); but
1. Timeline for Mangalyaan 2 has been fixed. It will be launched in first half of 2018.
2. France is front runner for the lander of Chandrayaan 2.
