No. Mission is singla use mission besides NISAR. Said to be most powerful SAR in region i am sure it can be used to detect Chinese himalyan buildup in precision besides detection of Antarctica ice shelfs😃😃😃 nobody waste such a high value instrument
NISAR uses L&S-band SAR...hence,it has low resolution compared to X-band SAR of RISAT-2B series, hence it will have less military use

Pixxel will provide technical hyperspectral imagery (HSI) remote sensing capabilities via modeling and simulation and data evaluation. Using its currently on-orbit pathfinder systems and future HSI constellations, Pixxel will demonstrate its capabilities through end-to-end tasking, collection, and product dissemination and respond to ad-hoc product ordering and delivery requests from the NRO and its partners.

We have sufficient assets in space for military domination but on land we lack like military is avoiding building scientific cader for space data utilisation isro has asked for it civilian sats can be easily used for military purpose given that they can presume their requirements which they fail.

BENGALURU: The four astronaut-elects being trained by Isro to be part of Gaganyaan have completed the first semester training in Bengaluru.
The Gaganyaan mission-specific training commenced in India at the Astronaut Training Facility (ATF) commissioned at Bengaluru after the successful completion of generic space flight training at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre (GCTC) in Russia.
The training curriculum and evaluation criteria were finalised for the mission-specific training and include theoretical courses, training on flight systems, aero-medical training and fitness and recovery & survival training aside from practical training on simulators and flight procedures.
Describing the current status of crew training, Isro said the astronauts are being imparted with 218 lectures by 40 faculties, 75 physical training sessions, three study visits, two flying practices (12 hours) and two medical and two course evaluations.

The theoretical courses are on engineering disciplines such as basics of spaceflight, propulsion, aerodynamics, and courses on launch vehicles and spacecraft are being conducted, while physical training, yoga, aero-medical training, and flying practice are also part of the training curriculum.
Further, virtual reality and independent training simulators have been realised for familiarisation with crew module systems, the agency said, adding that courses on Gaganyaan flight systems are being conducted.
Separately, Isro has made considerable progress in meeting the overall requirements of direct-to-ground (D2G) communications support. According to the agency, the detailed mission requirements (DMR) document describing the overall D2G communications support from the European Space Agency (ESA) ground stations has been finalised and the technical implementation plan (TIP) is in progress.
Isro has also firmed up the requirement for ship-borne terminals (SBTs) for the ascent phase and orbit circularisation, while a requirement note on SBT and transportable terminal (TT) requirements for the mission in Ships, Cocos island (Australia) and associated communication equipment including VSAT terminals etc., are generated.
It added that an implementation arrangement between Isro and the Australian Space Agency (ASA) has been signed for establishing and operating the transportable terminal at Cocos Island. “For the project manager in Australia, the RFP (Request for Proposal) was sent to all three parties identified by the Indian High Commission in Australia,” Isro said.
Also, civil construction works for Indian Data Relay Satellite System-1 (IDRSS-1) feeder station has commenced at ISRO Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network in Bengaluru.
