When did this happen? I was able to access it till last month and now it does not opens.
It has Indian section so why did they block it for Indian locations.

Somanath sounds fairly confident that the Chandrayaan-3 launch will be in June-July. Nice to hear this, after the last ISRO official spoke of up to almost a 2 year delay! Some critical test must have gone successfully very recently.

fantastic interview, good questions by the journalist...but fingers are still crossed for CY-3 imo....launch window is in June end as per him.....but it will take very long time to integrate LVM3, the question is ,can they complete it before Mid June? we don't know....only time will tell

PSLV-C55 at FLP-PIF - launch mid-late April
LVM3-M3 at SLP- VAB- launch March 26
GSLV-F12 possibly at SLP- SSAB- launch by mid May
LVM3-M4/CY-3 might be at SLP- SVAB

Apparently, that website was being mass spammed by Indian scammers because of which they put the entire country on their block list.

If you ever used to visit NSF, you would know to that NSF Forum neither has any spams nor any trolling by Indians in there.
There might be some cyber attack which caused it.

Did not see a single spam post on the forum. They have controlled registration and you cannot just go and make account.

one of the mods there told me once that they are being bombarded with spam posts making their life miserable.I've been a member of that forum since 2010.

From 2017-18 onwards they started facing huge spam attacks originating from India forcing them to halt new user registrations. Now they have altogether put a blanket ban on all Indian IP addresses.

Sometime I chuckle when they make blanket statement like 99% of spammers are from Indian IP!

Like what would Indian spammer do on highly niche forum like NSF. Don't fully agree with them that all spam is coming from India when our company's Infra division did a detailed review last year and found minimal spam traffic originating from India towards US companies and websites.

It's not like they are completely false
My relative in telecom industry tells that although we are not like capital but if anyone wants can say it but many spammers are of Indian origin and they have caused a lot of problems to his customers
He says afterall why do we have so many call centers
Although both the things are different
