The CY-3 delay isn't really confirmed, I just put the tweet there just in case it is true. For now until ISRO makes a statement I would consider CY-3 to be launching in August

Delay is because of lack of LVM3 rockets,they are currently being used for Oneweb , these rockets have long lead time,hence the delay

Also don't forget the launch campaign time of LVM3....next LVM3 launch would be Early March 2023, so it would take atleast 4 months to assemble next rocket & hence it would miss June launch window....the available launch window after June is Late 2023, hence the delay
It really sucks.... LVM3-M2 used for last Oneweb India-1 launch was actually assigned for CY-3, they later reassigned it to Oneweb.....they preferred commercial launches over CY-3
Well, to be fair, OneWeb was a lot of money to be gained and I think a step in the right direction. The OneWeb launch was unexpected anyway, and better our rockets getting fame than some American or French rocket.
Of course making money is always better.
They can launch only 1 LVM-3 per year, so do not expect them to launch Gaganyaan G1 in 2024, it will definitely be slipped to 2025, so human spaceflight in all probability will be NET early 2027
