Mangalyaan 2 will not have any kind of rover in it, it will be the same like Mangalyaan-1 which was only an orbiter.

Yes that is correct, obviously it will be bigger than its predecessor "Mangalyaan-1", and will carry additional & more advanced scientific instruments too but what I was saying before was that like Mangalyaan-1, it will also be an orbiter only.

They named Rohini series of sounding rockets after the Rohini nakshatra,so why don't they do the same for Launch vehicles, name them after our ancient nakshatras, my choice would be Arundhati

These are tentative timelines from recent "Future Roadmap" program announced since Chandrayaan-3, 4 are a priority of over MOM-2, Shukrayaan-1, Chandrayaan-5 and 6 are priority over MOM-3 and Gaganyaan is priority over everything so I can see that easily slipping to 2040 unless space budget touches $3 billions before 2025.

ISRO seems not able to manage projects. There is long backlog, but no launches. 2-3 launches pr year not a great development. God know wat ISRO doing behind the curtain.

Delays are common in experimental projects and frustration for any project whose manager you are not, is not the instinct of mature person.

Gslv mk3 is the only rocket that can lift 10ton payload to LEO and 4-4.5 ton GEO. We need more powerful rockets to lift heavy payloads.
