Is 2500 acres sufficient for launch vehicle activity?
My university (Hyderabad Central University) was ~2500 acres.

For a small launchpad it is enough plus tn has other facilities like iisc which would do work of application handling

NHAI brought this rule of 90% land acquisition due to realisation that states have vested interests in money comes from central projects, railway followed the tradition i think isro should refrain from commenting on any projects which is not getting total assurity

With respect to second “Launch Site” at Thoothukudi, the land acquisition activities are still under progress by Government of Tamil Nadu and full extent of the land is yet to be handed over to Department of Space/ISRO

• 2 to 3 years more to realise
• Small class of vehicles - SSLV and small vehicles from private

Ukraine had a company and Chinese 2-3 years ago launched a rocket from a Ship launchpad.

This year may have just 3 more PSLV (1 commercial+Oceansat3+Aditya-L1) + 3 SSLV + atleast 1 GSLV-Mk2(NVS-1)..... Chandrayaan-3 won't happen this year unfortunately...it's slipped to 2023

This year total launches will be max 8, excluding the 2 Test Vehicle lauches part of Gaganyaan. The delay with Oceansat-3 mission is because of the delay in satellite not because of the rocket

It's related to testing schedule, Mk-3 stages are ready, they want to land this time successfully, hence the delay

Never prefered astronomy missions over statgic questions should be what about gisat 2, cartosat 3 a, what about 2 defence sats that were to launch on sslvs.

No, except the leading couple of government private space agencies; NASA, RFSA, SpaceX & CNSA, ISRO is doing fine. As far as current state of India's aerospace infrastructure is concerned, ISRO was actually better than others in utilising resources.
